Move sent message to another mailboxes "sent items"
I am using Outlook2007 with Exchange and in addition to my own mailbox I have open a Support mailbox. I also have the authoritiy to send from this Support mailbox. However, all mail I send ends up in my personal "Sent Items" folder. I would like the messages I send From: Support to be stored in Supports "Sent Items" folder. and how to do the same in Outlook 2007?Best Regards, Parveen Chauhan Email-parveenc@hcl.in Mobile: +91-9811629793

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=972148 When you send an e-mail message from a shared mailbox in Outlook 2007, the sent message is not saved in the Sent Items folder of the shared mailbox There are also 3rd party add-ins: http://www.ivasoft.biz/unisent.shtml or you could use Outlook rules or manually move the message.
